Welcome to Tidy Nest! By booking a service with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided
Tidy Nest offers residential and commercial cleaning services. The specific services included in your booking will be detailed in your confirmation email. If additional services are required, they must be requested and approved in advance.
2. Bookings & Payment
- All bookings must be made through our website, phone, or email.
- Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.
- We accept credit/debit cards and other approved payment methods.
- Any additional charges for extra services or extended cleaning time will be discussed and must be approved by the client before proceeding.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled cleaning may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- In the event of an emergency, we will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests.
4. Access to Property
- Clients must provide access to the property at the scheduled cleaning time.
- If we are unable to enter the property due to locked doors, inaccessibility, or any other reason, the client may be charged a lockout fee.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
- If you are not satisfied with our cleaning service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will arrange for a re-clean of the missed areas.
- Refunds are not provided; however, we are committed to resolving any issues to your satisfaction.
6. Damage & Liability
- Our cleaners take great care while working, but in the event of accidental damage, please report it to us within 24 hours.
- Tidy Nest is not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear and tear.
- We are insured for liability, but clients must secure valuable or fragile items before service.
7. Health & Safety
- Our cleaners reserve the right to refuse service in unsafe or hazardous conditions.
- We do not handle biohazards, including mold, pest infestations, or bodily fluids.
8. Independent Cleaners
- Some services may be performed by independent contractors who adhere to our standards and policies.
9. Privacy Policy
- Any personal information collected during booking is kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
10. Modifications to Terms
- Tidy Nest reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
